Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Probe platform operated by FastCollab Systems Private Limited ("Probe", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. New accounts begin in a Pending state and may be activated, rejected, suspended or archived at the sole discretion of FastCollab Systems Private Limited.
2. Acceptable use
- You will only run automated tests against web properties you own or are authorised to test.
- You will not use the Service to perform credential stuffing, denial-of-service attacks or unlawful scraping.
- You will not reverse-engineer the Service or attempt to circumvent its security features.
3. Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. You may cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Intellectual property
Probe, including its software, models, prompts and brand assets, is and remains the exclusive property of FastCollab Systems Private Limited. You retain ownership of the test cases, recordings and data you upload ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display Customer Content solely as required to operate the Service for you.
5. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own. Customer Content is treated as your confidential information.
6. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. FastCollab Systems Private Limited does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that AI-generated tests will be correct in all cases.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastCollab Systems Private Limited's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Bengaluru, India.
